RIS Limousine has been openly allowing all Customers who have booked us during these coming months to MOVE their wedding(s) or event(s) w.out penalty and with no hesitation. At this time, we request that you please read and understand our commitment to you now & in the future :
- All “NEW Future Bookings” : 05/22/20 – RIS is currently open & bookings active.
- All Events “Previously Booked” 05/22/20 : RIS like all other businesses in our industry do have a no refund policy understood when making booking / reservation
- We ask you to see above and consider re-booking your event later and save all information just move to another date
- We will gladly move your deposit to a CREDIT on your account – allow for future use with RIS Limousine
- Example: Prom Canceled —> allow kids to use Limousine during a summer day to get out of the house – do something as a group & reduce amount of hours ?
- Example: Wedding Canceled —> use the credit for B&G to use during their 1st anniversary night out celebration ?
- 05/22/20 & New 01/01/2021 : All others not wanting a credit will be added to a list that will be reviewed 30 days after the AFTER Canceled event previously scheduled the and we can better evaluate the situation & economy. (w. no guarantee of payment but promise we will do everything we can to remedy the situation fair knowing we are a small business surviving just like YOU)
- (01/01/2021 – If we are able to re-book vehicles you have canceled then we will issue a refund minus Admin fee $50.00 Min or 15% // RIS turned down jobs with your booking & there is no promise we can obtain new bookings in your canceled place)
